9 - 9:45 a.m. - Education Session 1 - Tax Planning for 2010 and Beyond- Presented by Gary Krull, CPA. 2010 is filled with expiring tax law provisions and new opportunities as well. This session will highlight some of these and also allow time for questions on how they may affect you and your business

10 - 10:45 a.m. - Education Session 2 - The Value of Online Forums and Social Networks- Presented by David Lavaneri, EngravingEtc.org. Don't fret, you're not the only one not using internet options for research and marketing. But, David will give you MANY reasons to join the crowd!

11 - 11:45 a.m. - Education Session 3 - How to Sell Custom Products- Presented by Vince Frank, Catania Medallics. Don't be fooled by this topic. There MANY ways to promote customized products and Vince will give you some new ways to be competitive and profitable.

Noon - Vendor Show Floor Opens

1 - 1:45 p.m. - Education Session 4 - Search Engine Marketing - Presented by M. David Matney, NetSoft Studio. A brief study in techniques of search engine marketing known only to search engine marketers and how you can take advantage of these secrets to boost your rankings in the organic search engine placement within major search engines.

2 - 2:45 p.m. - Education Session 5 - Selling Gifts in 2010- Presented by Marla Francis, JDS Industries. A discussion on gift items that offer a new, non-traditional awards dealer, greater revenue opportunities.

3 - 5 p.m. - Group Discussion with "Mr. Epilog" Mike Dean-  A Professional Engravers Forum. You'll enjoy some opening thoughts from our panel, led by Mike Dean, and then we'll go in to a Q&A session on topics crucial to running an efficient and profitable engraving company in a challenging economy. Joining Mike on the panel will be our good friends Mike Montecalvo of Lamont Awards and Apparel in Rochester NY and Mike Clarke from Engravers Express in Toronto. If time allows, you'll also be treated to a selection from Mike's popular series, "101 Things To Do With Your Engraver".

5 p.m. - Vendor Show Floor Closes

5:30 - 6:30 p.m. - Picnic Dinner - Outside, under the Tent! (weather permitting)

7 - 9 p.m. - Cash Bar Mixer in Vendor Area

9:30 - 11 a.m. - Group Discussion with "Mr. Epilog" Mike Dean  State of the Industry - We ARE growing and Mike will share some thoughts on how you can help continue this trend. 

Noon- Awards and Give Aways in the Vendor Area

1 p.m. - Vendor Show Floor Closes -- Thank You Vendors!!

1 - 1:45 p.m. - Education Session 6 - Vector Designs in CorelDRAW- Presented by Jeff Aichinger, Class Act Engraving. Doubtless that there are many reasons to use vector art with your laser but we'll show owners of mechanical engravers a trick or two as well.

2 - 2:45 p.m. - Education Session 7 - Make Money with a Laser - Where is the Market?- Presented by Tom "Buzz" Bernard, Laser Buzz. Tom will discuss Marketing Tips, Product Creation, Give-to-Get method of sales and will also share some real life examples of success and growth in today's economy.
